Dog vs Television

We have a 3 years old yorkie-pooh. Ever since we've had him he always barks at the television (when any kind of animal or a baby is on). He can be downstairs and hear the music of a commercial with an animal and he'll run to the television barking.
We tried the spray bottle when he was a puppy and he just thought it was a fun game and barked at the bottle, trying to catch the water. We also tried the machine that "buzz" when he barks (supposed to hurt his ears), but he didnt seem to care.
We also tried to teach him with treats to watch, but not to bark, but as soon as we don't have a treat with us, he just starts barking again.
Do you have any other ideas? We would really love it for him to stop barking at the television.

You never thought you’d have to share the TV with your dog, right? Turns out that TV for dogs—and only dogs!— now exists, so you may have to paw over that remote. Even though these shows may not be as gripping as the latest episode of Empire, their creators say they’re stimulating for your pet. We’re diving into why dogs have their own TV channel, whether TV for dogs is a good idea, and which shows or videos are best for dogs.
