My cat seems to be having seizures

My 7 year old cat seems to be having seizures or some kind of attacks. He falls down and just cries so loud. He is also drooling a lot during the attacks. They last for just a minute or so and it just started last night. When they are over he seems fine, however he has no appetite and is hiding a lot. My vets office is closed today for the holiday and I don't know what to do.

He might be having seizures, or he might have been poisoned.

Ditto what Luba said. Get him to an emergency vet, or he could very well die.
