Whoopsie! I'm sure that little Mollie didn't do that! She thought it was very fashionable...

Gryphon is too dignified and staid to have done it, either...

So that leaves....

silly Mollie But half the Pack can relate and is barking her praises!

I bet the pack is barking their praises Hazel! 's all around!

I'm sure unsnapped the collar off Mollie's neck and said, "here ya go Mollie! Have a round with it. When you're done chewing, I'll make sure I put it somewhere they can...aahumm...can't find it!"

I'm sure that's exactly how it went! Now go give Mollie and big hug and an apology for ever doubting her ness.

Kiska was the last one I had spayed, and I remember she had a little hard spot for a while. The vet told me sometimes they get like a little scar inside but it goes away. It did and now she's got no bump.

Yeppers! I was at work and hubby left in the afternoon to go to work, so she had the cone on inside her crate. She must have wedged it somehow, got the snaps undone and had her go with it!

She's off to the vet tomorrow so we'll get the low down on how things are going.

I'm sure kitty was standing outside of the crate, egging her on Hazel!

klm - Every single one of my girls I've had fixed in the last two years has had the hard lump. It's like GailP said, just the skin being pulled back together. It will eventually go away. Some take longer than others. In most of my girls it was gone within a month after being fixed. Hope that helps.

don't worry about that , it's typical

On another note, Mollie felt it necessary to retire the E-Collar and had enough of it already!

Mollie had her stitches taken out today. The incision has healed up nicely however; she will continue to be on Noroclav for another 3 days. The swelling/hardness has also subsided but I sure wish her rambunctiousness/rambunctiosity would also too!

I think we'll try a short walk tomorrow night. Suppose to snow tomorrow so I'm looking forward to her seeing her first sightings!

I think she's ready (and Gryphon at that) to rip and roar. I hope the snow that they're calling for tomorrow will allow me to take them to the park and let them have at it!

Note to self...must bring the camera!

She's gonna do the vacuum cleaner thing if the snow is deep enough--running along with her nose just under the surface! That's always so hilarious, but I've always forgotten to have the video camera ready for the first snow

on getting her stitches out! She must be sooooooo happy!

Mollie had her first bout with snow this morning!

She bounced out to the back porch and stopped suddenly and curiously looked outside at the "white stuff". She tippy toed at first, then she did the vacuum cleaner thing!

After a few minutes, she got use to it and started rip roaring around the yard. When she cornered her run, she would lose her footing and go sliding in the snow!

Lastly, she came full tilt back to the porch and where she would normally stop sudden on the cement step pad, however; she slid straight off and crashed into the wheelbarrow! (she didn't hurt herself--thank dawg!)

Unfortunately, I didn't have my camera readily available cause I was out in the porch in my p.j.'s and housecoat and buckled down from laughing at her.

What a hoot it was!
