Suspicious lump

My 12 year old broken haired Jack Russell terrier has a lump that appeared last month on her lower lip, itís doubled in size within a month and the vets are refusing to see her at the surgery because of covid 19 restrictions. Iím be sent them pictures of when I first noticed it on March 20th and again when I tried to get another appointment on April 13th. Iím really worried they havenít even called back to say what they think it is and wonít see her till restrictions are lifted but at the rate itís growing I donít know if it will be operable by that time ! Is there a way to put a picture on in case someone knows what it is and can help me ?
Many thanks
Raffo
