Unhappy I can't believe I missed the Puppy Bowl!

Got stuck "watching" the Super Bowl yesterday (I mostly just played stupid games on my computer while it was on), but I was completely in the dark about the fact that the Puppy Bowl (4th annual, to be exact) was airing all afternoon!

Of course, I don't get Animal Planet, so it would probably have just made me sad that I couldn't watch it, but you CAN watch clips of it here:

Puppy Bowl IV Highlights

I particularily loved the kitty half time show - but that's probably no big surprise

Hmmm... usually halfway decent TV shows end up on the internet download circuit because people record them with recorders that have hard drives (DVR - digital video recorder).

I'll try to find it but it may take a few days before someone decides to upload it.

Sounds awful cute.

I didn't even know the super bowl was on yesterday. Haven't turned on the TV in a little over a week.

Ceara, after I looked at some of the clips on the link I posted above, I was thinking of you and your pups - if you had painted your floor like a football field, it probably would have looked very similar!

Thanks for posting the link!!! Those are some pretty cute puppies!

I had planned on ordering Animal Planet yesterday BUT FORGOT!! I did order today and will be watching it quite often.

It could be a "fight" between hubby watching NASCAR and me watching Animal Planet!

Thumbs up

I'm not much for football so I actually watched it for a while. I laughed so hard. There was a little jack russell that had so much energy! He kept pawing at the water dish until it was empty.
They finally threw in the yellow flag and gave him a penalty for soaking the field I wish that part was in the clip. I just showed my kids the clip they wished they were able to watch the whole thing.

Well I did some web searching and came up blank on downloads for that TV program. Lots of discussion about Puppy Bowl on the web, but nothing to download or stream. At least not today.

Some sites out there will even stream recorded tv shows, like on Winamp's Shoutcast TV.
