Question new pet owner needs tips

I just purchased a pomerainian/****zu cross, 2 months old. She's a super pup, pretty calm which is great. However, she starts to whine at about 2 A.M. I'll get up and calm her down and then a couple hours later she'll do the same thing again. why won't she sleep and what can be done about this?

Congrats on your new puppy.

Before we can give you any advice, we'll need to know where she sleeps. In a crate? In your room? How long have you had her, exactly?

Oh, though it's completely unrelated to your sleeping question ... we love to see pics of the new furbabies (hint, hint).

Do you get up and take her out to pee in the night? Puppies bladders don't often survive the night without relief. She may have to go out evey three hours or so. Just a guess but that might be the problem?
