More Garden Photos!

So I've finally taken a few more photos. Unfortunately some of them were blurred so I don't have that many

The first two are of my Balloon Flower, and the third is one of my dwarf Asiatic Lilies.

Another photo of my Asiatic Lilies. I don't know what the second one is, my grandmother planted it a number of years ago. The last one is a variety of stonecrop groundcover.

First one is my Mexican Evening Primrose - so pretty but can be invasive!
Again I don't know what the second one is! And the third one is my Butterfly Blue Pincushion Flower.

And lastly, another variety of pincushion flower - but I can't remember the name. It's a soft pink colour.

I love the looks of the pincushion flowers! Do they bloom long? Are they hard to grow?

Beautiful flowers, EofF!

Your pinkish flower you don't know what it is looks like a Dianthus. There are many varieties. I love that one.
hazel - Pincushion Flowers are easy to grow if you get them in the right spot and right soil. They like full light. I never find they bloom long enough to make me happy. But they are an unusual plant.

Thanks for the ID's (and the compliments), guys!

hazel, I found the pincushion flower very easy to grow. I planted it in full sun, in pretty average soil (but I've since moved it to an area with richer soil). I actually find mine bloom fairly long, from June until August, sometimes early September! But I guess it depends on your area. I like it because it grows very compactly - in 3 or 4 years it has hardly gotten any larger, but it does produce a lot of blooms.

Very pretty flowers, endoffashion , I love primroses.

I have never heard of pincushion flowers before, I'll have to get some info to see if I can plant them in my garden, they are so pretty.
