Crying
I have a 14 year old Male Tabby that cries all night. We moved to our new place 5 months ago. We previously lived in our former home for 10 years. He does not seem to be in pain when I pick him up. In fact he still acts like a kitten at times. Also I thought he might be going deaf or blind, but he responds well to me when I check his vision and hearing. I also have his 14 yo sister and a 4 year old male. They have adjusted well to the move. Please help. Tiger sounds so sad. Thanks.

hi there,
i think your cat is after attention. or maybe it just needs more time to adjust. but if its going deaf or blind, this may be confusing him as to were he is. hope you sort the problem out if nothing works i would take him for a check up.hope this helps, please keep in touch so i know how you get on

could just need time to adjust.msg
but my old guy Kitty started doing that as he got older..only when the lights where turned off..he was slowly due to age looseing his eyesight....he lived to be 21...grand old fellow..the vet said he was proably getting confused and scared as he thought he was all alone....if you didn't know him you'd never know he was loosing his sight..cats are very adaptable...all you can do is go comfort him or call out to let him know all is well.
