New oven baked dog food

I was reading about a new Canadian dog food named Vintage oven fresh that will be coming out in Septmeber. It's actually a really neat idea. This food does not contain any rendered foods in it and will not be extruded kibble. They make the kibble by slow cooking in an oven. This makes the ingredients more digestible. This really makes sense to me when you think about how heat and pressure can denatured proteins. It intrigues me because I would never consider feeding raw to my dogs because I have very young kids and a french kissIng JRT, but I think about how healthy kibble really is for dogs often. My dogs currently are getting a high quality kibble with some fresh fruit and veggies added daily. This diet is something I will probably try.
