lumps on nose

Was wondering what could be causing them. Nyx only has lumps on the top part of her snout/nose, no other lumps only on the nose. See them mostly in the morning I have been giving her allergy meds. They do go away with the meds but does come back the next day... I have notice by her tear ducks she now has lumps... nothing has changed at home. And my other dog doesn't have any lumps. Do plan on taking her to the vet, its just finding one that nyx will let near her.
I did give her a bath today just in case she got something on her that was causing this reaction and I really don't want to keep her on meds. She doesn't have fleas. Will be washing all the bedding tomorrow
Will take a picture of the lumps tomorrow to show
