cats and yogurt

Fu got some left over yogurt. I was wondering if it is ok for cats to have. I know from here that it is ok for dogs. The yogurt he got into is vanilla flavored, if that makes a difference.

Don't worry about it. Yogurt won't harm cats, although too much may give them loose stools.

Ditto. A lot of cats are lactose intolerant, and it'll make them have to use the bathroom a lot! So even though they love it, it's one of those cases of not letting them have it a lot.

One of my cats actually loves yogurt. When he hears me eating any, he will come running to lick out the container.
