dogs & lactaid?

so hubby just came back from walking the dogs, and he stopped at the corner ice-cream place that usually gives the pups tiny vanilla soft-serve (sample-size, in a cone, they're free!) but tonight they were out of the baby cones, so the girl gave each dog a human-sized (but small) ice-cream cone they apparently wolfed those down in record time... i was not too pleased... their tummies are already full of dinner and tomorrow the dogsitter picks them up, not the time for cannon-butt in the house, specially with 29C!! so i gave them each a Lactaid, super strength (it's all i had in the house at 11pm!). i hope i didn't do a bad thing??

Well, I'm no expert on lactose intolerance, but from what I know, lactaid is just the enzymes needed to digest lactose, so there shouldn't be any harm in it, IM(unexpert)O.

thanks prin... that's what i thought... it helps me for those "lactose heavy" moments so i figured it wouldn't do any harm.... hoping it does some good. i will die if they start having gas in the bedroom tonight!
