Question bleeding

our miniture american eskimo has a problem with her pancrease and a bowel disorder. Blood test show she's animic but the vet's don't know where the blood is going. Does any one have an idea. She went for an ultrasound and the only thing noticable was a slightly enlarged liver. She was on medicam but one vet want's her off it as it could be the cause. The blood test in the am counts 22 then in the evening she's up to 26.

Thanks for your help
