Call your vet and take him to the vet now! I dont know what happened but this could be life threatening and permanent if you dont take him now!

Get him to the vet asap...those dogs are commonly affected by Intervertebral disc disease, which can be fatal. Get off the computer and into the car.

Please let us know what the Dr. says.

Very possible herniated or ruptured disc which unfortunately common in doxies, I know, I have one, he is only 1 year old but I am still fearful he will be affected later in life.
The vet will need to examine and likely x-ray him. If you are lucky you will get away with pain killers, steroids and rest, otherwise your looking at disc surgery. Let us know how he does!

Unfortunately our members are not vets and unable to address potentially serious health issues like this one. Time is critical - please contact a vet immediately. Good luck, we'll watch for an update on your pet's condition. In keeping with site policy, this thread will now be closed.
