Your new kitten is just attempting to nurse as it would on it's mother. Compare it to a baby sucking on a pacifier.

6 weeks is too young to be taken away from mom, so your male cat has become a mommy substitute. There is nothing creepy about it, but I would try and stop him from doing this,as your male cat may decide he doesn't like it any more and hurt the kitten.
. When you see the kitten doing this, take him away and play with him to distract him. This will pass.

6 WEEKS????????????????? No wonder. A cat needs to be with its mama at LEATS 8 at the BARE MINIMUM.

Sigh....

I did NOT criticize you for having this kitten, I was merely explaining WHY the kitten was attempting to nurse on your male cat, and giving you the best advice I could.

A 6 week old kitten IS too young to be away from it's mother, but nowhere did I imply that was your fault.

To say I don't know anything is inaccurate, and your vulgarity is uncalled for.

You're welcome.
