K, I tried, but black doggies are very, very hard to photograph up close (I had to use the flash, and that close up, my lens got in the way...) I have to do it in the sun one day, if it's ever sunny again ever.

See?

I love those pics of Dodger and Minnow, they are sooo cute, it looks like they really enjoy each other's company. I love these kinds of threads, everyone's got such great looking pets! I think I'm going to attempt my own eye close up, they look so cool.

Prin, we didn't use the flash when we took the pic of Willow's eye. Just a regular digital camera held about a foot away from her eye.... it worked fine.

Yeah, but Willow's a bit lighter than Jemma... The black really affects the light meter on the camera.

Try facing her toward a window, that's what we did, then the pupil will contract too and you'll get more of the iris.

I just found out my camera has a B&W and a sepia mode, so I took these tonight.

Love the expression in the B&W.

Absolutely gorgeous pictures everyone! Takes a long time to load over my modem but well worth the wait!

Here's one of our original trio--the youngest was about 16 weeks, the oldest about 1... I'm still not sure how we managed to get a pic of them all 'stacked' like that and holding still
