Unhappy cat acting funny

I had my 6 mo old cats' 2nd immunity shots & leukemia shot yesterday. Today she is acting sick, feels a little warm & a bit of saliva hangs from her mouth every now & then. I was wondering if anybody knew if it could be a reaction to the shots yesterday. They took her temp & checked her belly (she was spayed 3 weeks earlier) and said everything checked out fine. But today she is hissing at everybody & looks kind of uncomfortable. Of course its Saturday night & no vet is in but I could call the emergency hotline. Any help would be appreciated.

Your cat is showing signs of a reaction to vaccines. Please seek vet attention.

Thank You For The Info
I Called The Vet's Emergency Line, He Said That An Adverse Reaction To Immunity Shots Is Not Uncommon But That She Should Feel Better Tomorrow, If Not I'm To Bring Her Into His Office. I Feel Better.
