chihuahua biting genitals and leg
our 8 month old chihuahua recently started biting on his hind leg and foot and also his genitals. there was no change in environment. he also whines sometimes while biting.anyone have any ideas.thanks

Might be an allergy. What are you feeding him? Has a vet taken a look at the skin to see if there is something causing it?
