Exclamation Puppy biteing. Ouch!

Hi,
My 8 week old cocker spaniel pup is biting me and my family members i know she's just play biteing but it really hurts. When ever you try to pet her or give her a kiss she tries to bite you. I love her alot but the biteing has got to stop! She's turned into a little devil. Please help!

Nows the time to teach her bite inhibition. When she bites you - squeal. Tell her no and give her a toy to bite. When she starts to bite it, praise her! Don't let her bite the toy while you're holding it or she won't know where the toy ends and you begin (she'll figure that out later though). Whenever she's biting something you want her to bite, praise - praise - praise! If she tries to bite you - squeal and whimper like a little puppy would. Now is the time for her to learn that people skin is sensitive.

Tenderfoot will have far better advice than me though.
