Angry peeing in the house.

I'm having the same problem, none of my animals have ever used the bathroom in the house. Now all of sudden both dogs and one cat is peeing and popping in the house. Nothing has changed recently, they all are fixed and have been for a long time. I take them out after eating and drinking and stay with them, they will go but as soon as we come back in ill find that "someone" has went on the floor and mainly my room ( which thank the lord we have no carpet in there, we are in the process of putting hardwood floors in) I've took them to the vet and they all have clean bill of health (besides Mia) she is currently goin through some problems) but this peeing and popping in the house has been goin on for bout a month now, please someone tell me something, I have try almost everything!!

How is your dog feeling otherwise , has anything happen to made your dog behave this? My dog hate to go out to pee when he know the coyote is around, do you have any wild animals around your house?
