Almonds

I like to eat whole roasted almonds, but whenever I open the bag my cat goes wild I'm wondering if I should try feeding her some, or if there is a danger of choking.

Thank you for any recommendations.

Don't give your cat a whole one, that's for sure. It's definitely a choking hazard. Also, don't give them to your cat if they're salted, too much salt can cause all kinds of problems. If they're unsalted, you could try giving her a small piece of one, but I doubt if she'll go for it. Most likely the sound of you opening the package reminds her of something she likes, such as mealtime or her own treat package being opened.
