Unhappy long grass be careful

Hi all,
the other day my beautiful girl (35kg shepherd X) was happily chasing the ball at the park when she went into the longer grass on the edges of the oval to get the ball. What a mistake, there was a huge piece fo glass in there that totally severed her pad off and cut up into the quick, the cut to the quick caused a lot of bleeding. well the drama is over and she is back to her old self but it remindes us all of the effects pollution can cause not only to the environment but to our little babies. So watch that long grass and dont litter esp glass. you never can know the damage that may be caused by our trash.
