Holy cow! What happened to her? Poor little thing, she looks so sad. Big hugs for the poor little patient, hope you're giving her lots of cookies.

Poor baby hope Tyra gets better soon. I know abscesses look worse when they are healing because of the drains. What a face too cute

Still looks sore. Did your vet find out what caused it, Shay? She is cute, I love that little button nose.

We do not know what caused the abscess. The vet could not find any wound. I am hoping the drain will be out tomorrow. She does not seem in pain, she is eating and stealing cat food and dragging Quincy by the tail, so she is acting normal. Those pictures actually look a lot better that what she came home with. There was blood every where because of the drain. One good thing, I get to stay home and look after her lol.

Poor Quincy doesn't even get a break when Tyra's in a donut! Glad to hear she's feeling pretty feisty. Cass had a drain after a lumpectomy one year--I think it bothered us more than it bothered her...they just look so painful, but she acted like it wasn't there! Hope Tyra can get rid of hers soon!

That's a great looking abscess, isn't it? Wow!! Nice work Tyra!! Sounds like she's healing well and it isn't bothering her much. Hopefully the drain is doing it's job and they make sure the poison is gone before they remove it. Such a pain to have to have it opened up again.

It's great being married to the boss, huh?
