Cat Vomiting - nothing coming up

I just got home from a two week vacation about 12 days ago. My roommate was "baby"sitting - but, when I got home, I discovered that my usually healthy cat, Donatella, was very ill. I took her to the vet immediately to find out she had an upper repiratory infection. She was put on antibiotics and appetite enhancers and seemed 100% better in about a week. Well - a few days later (2 nights ago) - she started vomiting, but nothing comes up except for foamy saliva. She refuses to eat and just lays on my bed.

I have a vet appointment this afternoon...but, I joped someone could give me some insight sooner. I am worried sick!

Also - she has health insurance...but, I have yet to use it. Does anyone know how much (if anything) will be covered? I am very curious to see if the $18 per month is worth it.
