Here's another pic of him in the truck. We were on a road trip and he didn't like being in the back so we brought him in the cab. We rigged it a little so it looked as though he was doing some driving!!!

oh! he's totally beautiful! what a gentle mug he has more more more please!

little funny anecdote: my dad rescued a little scraggly mutt from the Calgary shelter some years ago, and they named her Kemo... cuz when they got her she looked like she had gone through chemotherapy poor little thing. she looks nothing like that anymore but the name stuck, LOL! (our little secret)

He got it from his daddy!!!
My bf worked up in Fort McMurray for a year. He worked for Suncor for some of his time there.

Hello everyone!

So I want to know if all your akita's are as chatty as mine. My boy was quite vocal when I got him but nothing like he is today. No word of a lie he can say MOM clear as day and also a pretty good I LOVE YOU. He is always talking and right now we are teaching him to say papa. We can also get him howling the same as he would if he heard a siren. It is pretty funny actually. If anyone came to the house while Kemo, the bf and I were howling away they'd think we were nuts, oh wait WE ARE, lol.
