Red Lump on German Shepherds Lip

I have a 3 year old German Shepherd female. She has a red lump on her lower left lip. It started as a smaller white lump about two weeks ago and is now much larger and red. It does not seem to hurt her, she doesn't really even seem to notice it.

Here are some pictures I took of it:

Anybody have any ideas what it is or if there are any potential treatments?

Thanks!

Give you vet a call and see wha they say. Members here can only guess what it is, but for a proper ansewer, please check with a vet.

Lumps that don't resolve on their own need to be evaluated by a vet, Whoami4. Might be something as simple as a histiocytoma or something more serious--only a vet will be able to tell you for sure.

I hope it's nothing serious! And I hope you post more pics of your beautiful girl!
