European Cuisine
For any one wanting to try some European cuisine in particular Hungarian
One on the clubs I have been a member of has online recipes links to authentic dishes like Cabbage Rolls(stuffed cabbage), Goulash, Chicken Paprikash, stuffed peppers, strudels and other desserts http://www.angelfire.com/ct/AnikaH/ http://www.fsz.bme.hu/hungary/cuisine/cuisine.html http://goodfood.hypermart.net/hungary_category.html http://homepage.interaccess.com/~june4/recipes.html if anyone has been at a fall fair where they had a fried bread often called Elephant Ears this is a very similiar recipe, http://homepage.interaccess.com/~jun...tatocakes.htmlit is usually served still warm with Bean Soup, one of my favourite meals http://www.urbancsalad.com/ahazkorul/id37_bean_soup.htm |

I used to love Saturday mornings in St. Catharines.. the churches all had different ethnic dishes for sale.. I would stock up on a variety of choices for our weeks meals. Food was always fantastic and the ladies selling it were great to listen to as they would tell stories of when they were little making these dishes.
Thanks for sharing the recipes... now to get making them.
