Any1 know of where I can take Pet First Aid in Toronto???

Hi all. I'd love to look into taking a Pet First Aid course, but unfortunately I've not been having much luck in finding places that offer it. If any of you know of any (links would be great!) please let me know.

Hey thats a great question...I never actually thought about it, did some online research before into how to do home first aid....hmmmm

I remember THS had a course on pet first aid before. I am not sure if they still do it. Sorry i am being little help.

I'm really suprised that there are so few that advertise Pet First Aid courses. There seems to be so many professionals that say they hold certificates, and yet these classes are proving difficult to find!

The red cross used to offer courses as well but the only one I found is in London so far, but I may email them and ask anyway.

St. Johns Ambulance now offers a first aid course for animals.

I got this from someone at the red cross..they said this is the person to contact to request info on where in T.O to get a course on pet first aid...so here you go:

My daughter took a pet first aid and cpr course with "All About Dogs" the teachers name was Rene Devillier. Im pretty sure I spelt that wrong, it was around five years ago. I think she is still around though and had two locations in Toronto. Shannon really enjoyed it!

@Melinda - I've tried contacting both the Red Cross and St. John's Ambulance but neither have replied back as of yet.
