Wallace and Gromit - Curse Of The Were-Rabbit

Well, don't laugh but in Atlanta a few days ago I had a few hours to kill and faced with the (immediate) choice of "A History of Violence" and "Wallace and Gromit, The Curse Of The Were-Rabbit," I unabashedly took the latter.

Great film. What a dog that Gromit is!!!

The big vegetable judging contest is coming up and Wallace and Gromit are protecting the village from various rabbit infiltrators through ingenious methods but something goes awry and the plot twists very elegantly indeed.

You'll love the stereotypical British "class" play between the upper and lower crusts . . . . . Prince Charles and Diana will probably pop to mind, or maybe Camila.

The scene where Gromit is in the truck and slowly locking the doors as the Were-Rabbit is spotted is a classic.

Recommended!!!

Oh I'm so glad to hear you liked it! I absolutely loved the original Wallace And Grommet Movies (so much so that I had a W&G alarm clock growing up, it was the most annoying thing in the world, but I refused to get rid of it). I was a little worried that this movie wouldn't be as good, but I'm getting a good vibe!

Oh good! Do you think that it would enthrall 3 & 4 years olds enough to make it through the movie?

I want to see this one too... I love the kiddie movies that have adult parts.. Some of them are so well written.

Chicken Little looked kinda dumb but now that I've learned that Zach Braff is in it, I have to see it too...

Just finished watching it, what a cute movie. The part where he locked the door was funny. So was the part where they "ran out" of change on the kiddie ride that they were chasing the were-rabbit in. I thought it was funny how they stopped and opened the change purse. All I have to say is.......

CHHHHHEEEEEEEEEEZZZZZZZZZZ!
