Cat Disappearing Problem

Well originally had a urinating problem with one of my cats but now the good cat of the three knocked out the window screen and I have not seen him for 10 days. Is it normal for a male cat to stay away that long?

I have 3 male cats that I found in my basement window about 7 months ago and were about 3 weeks old at the time. One of the cats has started urinating all over the house in the past two months, floor, sinks, chairs etc. I have caught him many times urinating in the sinks which seems to take him up to 2 minutes ,which i find is excessive for a cat to urinate.I have 3 litter boxes setup which are cleaned frequently and not moved. The cat also meows alot compared to the other two cats. I have tried everhing that i can think of to solve this problem with no success and afraid I will have to find him a new home on a farm before he stinks out the whole house.
If anyone has any advice it would be appreciated?
