Thumbs up Good FREE digital photo editing programs

http://photofiltre.free.fr/download_en.htm

I've been using this program for just a little while now and it's really pretty good for a free program. Support is unfortunately only en Francais, but that should be less a problem for you folks than it was for me!

The program of course can be used to resize photos, but also to edit, distort, and just play with your images in a very easy to use format. And if you want to learn, it can be used to perform a few more advanced tricks. It's not even that large a download--I only have dial up and I was able to download it in a pretty short period of time.

And if you want a truly advanced editing program for free--http://www.gimp.org/
but this one is much tougher to master.

Lettin the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easier than puttin it back in.

Most of the stuff people worry about ain't gonna happen anyway.
