Kittens for Adoption
Hi Guys,
Just cross-posting this. Email's here with the message. 2 funny cats, available individually or as a pair -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Reply to: benjam.m@gmail.com Date: 2004-11-01, 2:17PM EST Hi All, Our household is a bit more populated than most, and since some of us have pets, our cats have since gotten together a created a little society. And, well, some aspects of this society are really detrimental, which is why we've decided to adopt out two of our cats. Our first cat is Autumn. Autumn is a little older than a year, and was rescued from a farm where she would otherwise have been eaten by hawks (!!!). As soon as Autumn moved into our big fun house, she fell in love with a boy cat. However, drama soon set in as our boy cat has a girlfriend on the outside world (he's an outdoor cat and Autumn isn't), and our poor kitty's heart was broken. Ever since she was rejected, Autumn hasn't quite been herself--she doesn't eat as much, she doesn't play, and all she does is follow around this other cat she's in love with and meow. It's really really sad. She's extremely friendly with people, dogs, and other cats, and wouldn't have any trouble readjusting, so we think for her own sake, it's best that she moves away. If you would be interested in meeting Autumn, please Email me at the address above! Our second cat is Beet. Beet is also a little older than a year and was adopted from the Toronto Humane Society. Even though she was a kitten, nobody would adopt her because she was so hideous. I'm glad to say that her face has grown less horrible with age, and she's actually pretty cool to hang out with, but she definitely doesn't appreciate being in a house so crowded. For most of the day, Beet just wants to sit on a chair and sleep, and sometimes she'll meow and want you to pet her or get her food, but wrestling and smelling cat ass is not on her agenda. Suffice to say, the other cats are really into fighting and sniffing, and this is not Beet's scene. While Beet does get along well with other animals, she'd be happiest in a home with either few or no pets. She's fine with kids and what have you. If you'd be interested in meeting Beet, please Email me at the address above as well! Both cats are perfectly healthy, spayed, up to date on their vaccinations, and are used to eating Whiskas or Maxx cat food. They're both 100% perfect with the litter box, enjoy scratching old cardboard boxes, and are fun to pet. If you are a responsible person interested in acquiring a new addition to your family, please drop me a line and I can give you more details. Ben |
