I think you took my story all wrong. I did not say he would hate you. I said he would mistrust people because he knows they hit.
If he is throwing up he needs to go see a vet. He should have already been there with his other issues. Please take him in. You said earlier in this thread you could afford to look after him properly.

Kittens will dehydrate very quickly, please take your kitten to the vet. Who knows what he got into outside.
