Brenda I dont know too much about it but am wondering if a little bite to eat then would really help! Could it elevate his diabetes by eating another snack? Good Luck...someone else will be along soon Im sure!

Did the vet say how much food to give him....does 1 1/2 cup per day for a min pin seem a bit much.??

Is there a considerable amount of food in the vomit? If so I would think it might be something other than needing a snack, perhaps his insulin levels need adjusting or he's eating too much or too fast unless he's gotten into something he shouldn't have

If the vomit is mostly white foam/stomach acid, or a bit yellowish I would say he could use a little snack before bed. Be sure to retest his insulin levels at each feeding interval/throughout the day before you change the food schedule
