Bristol and Electricity

It is late and i can not sleep. Earlier today my dog Bristol chewed into an elect. cord and got a good shock. Burned her tounge and we rushed to the vet. They took some Xrays and found some fluid in one lung. They said they could give her some med to pull the fluid out. They said other wise she looked healthy. I do not know if I need to be worried or plan for the worst.
