My dog is coughing and more

I'm new here and I don't know how to properly ask this but I have a dog and she is coughing extremely that she is about to vomit. She also sneezes and making snapping/hiccuping sounds. I'm really taking her to the vet right now because her poop is dark brown and wet. She also doesn't want to eat anything (sometimes she does) but she drinks water regularly. I've already put some supplements on her water because I think it will help her. I'm really worried right now and I just want to know what is happening to her. Please help.

She does need to see the vet--sounds like sooner rather than later would be best. Your vet should be able to give you more information.
