Lettin the cat outta the bag is a whole lot easier than puttin it back in.

Most of the stuff people worry about ain't gonna happen anyway.

This is unacceptable ! I've read when they first got the dog , saying the family knew about this but didn't have the money to take the dog to a vet !!! How about changing the collar as the pup grows up ??? Didn't they had the money to buy a new collar ? I'm sure plenty of people called to adopt this dog after they heard about the abuse, why in the hell would the judge give the dog back to this twit of an owner ???

There is no excuse for giving this dog back. That judge should be fired or whatever they do.That collar had to have gone unchecked for months.

No this ones insane, none of this makes sense,, They step in to assist the animal and then return it! Makes no sense to me.. We all have to step up to the plate and do something about it...
