Bathing - Where?
O.K. here's one...
Any suggestions as to what to bath a dog in. Our bathtubs are upstairs and Abbey doesn't climb stairs and I'd prefer to keep it that way. She is also getting way to heavy to be carrying her up and down. |

I think the kids pool is the best idea?
My tub is upstairs too. i taught all the dogs to go in and out of the tub them selves. I learned after the Great Dane hated baths. Try lifting one of those into a tub :P |

Thanks girls! I've heard of that one but couldn't imagine what a mess she'd make, but I guess I'm going to have to try. Thanks again!!

My dog isn't allowed on the rug, or going either down or up the stairs. However, if I call to him "come on up, its OK" then he will come up. Just make sure you don't do it often, and if he does start coming up the stairs, you'll have to punnish him.

Shoot spoiled thanks!
You know I was gonna try that but Abbey is not allowed too far onto the rugs or up and down the stairs also!! But I was kind of worried if I started taking her up the stairs she'd think she has the run of them then. But now that you say Bentley goes with your permission, I'd like to know does he ever try sneaking up there? Also how many times did you have to correct him on it, if he did? |
