Red Twinkle Tiger lilies and Butterfly :)

My favorite lilies started to bloom now! Yay! I love the richness of these, so pretty! Caught a butterfly today too! Not the best pics, but I was happy to get him at all!

I love the Tiger Lily, mine are just budding now..
Also love the white kitty in the corner
We saw our first Monarch Butterfly yesterday, not sure what that one is...pretty though.
I've got 2 butterfly bushes can't wait for them to bloom, then I'll have lots of butterflies.
We might make you in to a Butterfly-fan too,not only a birdlady

Oh wow.. the color of those is sooo wonderful and deep. I don't have a lot of reds and oranges in my garden -- but I wish I did!!! Especially those. No wonder they're your favorites!

These are gorgeous. Another addition to my wish list.

Love the kitty in the corner too. A bonus for a cat and flower fan like me!

Gorgeous flowers and a nice Red Admiral Butterfly! The butterfly certainly matches your garden

My day lilies are really tall, but none have opened yet--really looking forward to it since they all have so many buds this summer! The little gold one has some blooms--wonder of wonders that hazel hasn't managed to kill it yet.

Yeah, I think those are like mine! Only as I recall, mine only bloomed till about the 4th of July last year. The plant is a lot bigger, though, this year, so maybe it will bloom longer?

Thank's Pags, that's what they are called and my bloom until late in the fall.
I think for us this will be a really bad bug-year,earwigs everwhere
I do not like to spray pesticed at all,but had to break down and get some Eco-Friendly stuff,I won't let bugs eat my flowers!!!
We had to take out my beautiful,Cherry something bush, beautiful burgundy leafs, some weird creatures were killing it,like little black beetles, except they did not move.
All the brances were covered by these little black things
I almost cried when hubby dug out my beautiful bush:sad:

Hehe, I didn't even notice Billy in the corner of the pic! LOL! The Stellas are beautiful! I don't have any of those, but my sister does. Hers are very hardly and hold their blooms for quite a while.

Oh, and Hazel, thanks for the name of the butterfly!!!!

Chico, sorry about your bush. Darn bugs!!! I'm fighting the slugs on my hastas still, they're especially bad this year. My poor hastas have big bites out of them, even with the sluggo.

Beautiful flowers . I love the look of lilies but unfortunately the smell makes me naseous (spell?) so I can never have them around. I even have to throw them away if someone sends me flowers and they have any lilies in them  .

Thanks Rainbow! Well, I have a lot of beautiful individual plants, but I'm still working on making them all look like a beautiful garden all together, LOL! Right now, they're pretty much spread out all around my fence, so I don't feel like I have any real "garden areas," if that makes any sense, other than my small butterfly garden in the front yard. I'm just trying to add more perennials each year to fill in all the spaces and hopefully have a more cohesive and "real" garden someday!
