Question It might be Canine Lupus

My one year old Golden Retriever might have Canine Lupus. For the past few months we have seen some of the symptoms like, when you toch his back and his face he cries in pain. He used to vomet. He is not intrested in his food anymore either. He is not as active and playful as he used to be. He sleeps are moves around slowly and acts like he is feeling horrible.

The vet has taken a few tests. The only one he found a problem with a Kidney Infection. Today I have been looking up things about Canine Lupus, on a few websites it says it is something wrong with the Immune system and Kidneys. Please help out, my family is very concered.
