Unhappy My cat keeps urinating on my bed!

I have a 2 yr old female cat and she has been peeing on the bed off and on for almost all of her life. I have taken her to the vet a couple of times and they have said that nothing was wrong and they say to just keeping giving her the antibiotics (clavamox). I have changed the brand of litter the place the litter box has been. When she pees on the bed we punish her by rubbing her nose in it and spanking her. I don't know what to do anybody got any ideas????? Help please!

I have done similar searches on this site for the same topic.

Do a search on litterbox and litter box on this site.

Also check the archives from the vet q and a link.

There is a lot of info that can help you.

Spanking a cat?

Hi there,

I sympathize with your plea, but I must plead with you to stop spanking your cat. This method is not understood by cats. I know it can be frustrating, but spanking is ACCOMPLISHING NOTHING, as you can see!

Read up on "litter box training", and other general "cat" info pages. They usually contain "problems" Or type: "litter box, problems" in your search.

I hope things are better by now, if not, try these searches, but PLEASE PLEASE don't spank your baby!!!!!
