ear mite medication
Is there an ear mite medication that can be given only once, or is the 30 day drops the only kind there is?

It's been a long time since I've had a cat with an ear mite infection but I think I only had to give it for no more than 10 days.
One of the kitty experts here will be able to tell you better than me and will likely answer soon. |

Advantage multi does for sure and it is given monthly. In the case of earmites at least 2 administrations would be required then another ear swab microscope peek to ensure no more mites are present after the 60 days.

My vet gave me a 30 day med I think called Otomite, for seven cats. I asked the receptionist if there was a med that doesn't take so long, and she said no. Sounds like Revolution or advantage would do it and also kill fleas at the same time. Thanks
