Just about all the yucky bugs find happy homes in poop. Coccidia comes to mind immediately as does E.Coli. If he has diarrhea and vomitting, try to separate him from the other animals until you can get him to the Vet. However, given that he is raw-fed his immune system is in much better shape and he is more likely to be able fight off those nasty bugs. (Bridie used to be an incorrigible poop-eater luckily she has a cast-iron gut )

so we give him Interceptor Heartworm meds and he (i really hate to say this) on occasion hides his chicken where i cant find it.... so it sits in the ground until he feels like digging it up and eating it. other than the 'residue' issue we had at 6 months old he has never been SICK or barfy or anything.

some time next week ill give him his organ meats and make sure his stool is nice and squishy, then run it out to the vet just to make sure.

(by the way i think you are pretty SWELL too!!!! )

~ Swelled head is what I'm gonna get !

Given his good gut, I honestly wouldn't worry about a fecal check unless he has diarrhea.
