For some reason, I'm not surprised at the brutality that humans are capable of. But I didn't know it was that bad for some dogs. I'm sure it's not just pitbulls that are mistreated like that. So unfortunate. At least that is not the case for most pets...

I've seen this before, it's an excellent video. It's a very real eye opener. I made a point to pass this along to many MPPs and television stations, at leat they can get a better understanding of these magnificent animals.

I just cannot understand how people can do this to another living being. And I am astounded at the fact that no matter what these people do to those dogs they will try just a little harder to make you love them. They will keep coming back.

I have never been so lucky to be chosen by such an animal that I have such unconditional love for, even writing this makes tears weld in my eyes. She means so much to me, and for other people not to see how wonderful she really is just breaks my heart.

Saving the video

Right click on the link, click on properties, copy the address, then paste the address in notepad or in an email to yourself.

Heidi - no problem, glad we could help

Carla - I know how you feel. It's so distrubing to see what we (humans) are capable of. Yet some sit have blinders on and blame the dogs?? That's what makes me really upset.

Angry Makes me ANGRY

Whoa That was an eye opener. Its awful to see the way these dogs are mistreated. BUT it seems to be that the only way people listen is with shocking images. The cruelty these animals endure is digusting and vile. I think people should be imprisoned for such acts of inhumanity. Certainly someone who would do that to a poor, innocent animal is capable of even greater feats of violence and cruelty. Parliment should treat the PROBLEM not the SYMPTOM.

I just watched this at my desk at work and got all teary eyed. The people that sit on either side of me saw me with my hand over my mouth and tears welled up in my eyes. They said "This cannot be good. What is it?" - they are both animal lovers and have a general idea that what I was looking at dealt with an animal issue. They have learned that this is the only thing that can arise tears from me (animals). Just like it was said earlier, I knew that they were treated badly but I had NO idea it was this horrible! I feel just awful...... I thought for sure I was going to be sick. My coworkers did not want to see it due to the graphic nature and my reaction. I am glad it had happy family pictures at the end - it really helped to settle me a little bit. Poor babies.........

And THEY are the beasts and WE are the tolerant humane species. *sarcasm*

I have seen it and like all of you cried through the whole thing. Since I have had rescues, I have always known that no matter what has happened in their past they still only want to love an please you. How forgiving if only humans showed the same character strengths. I agree Heidi prospective owner need to have a background check and an in depth interview. I don't think anybody who has a criminal record involving violence should be allowed to own one of these sweet dogs they are not worthy.
