Don't know to much about cats,
But I would guess that full cat pictures would help far better,
Shows posture, stance, how they hold themselves etc
Traits known to a certain breed

Cute kittie

She sure looks like a "purty" version of a domestic medium hair grey tabby.

Your cat looks to me to be an Abyssinian mix, like mine, though has more tabby markings. My Micki had a purebred Aby mother and long haired black cat father (apparent accidental litter). She looks much like a Somali, which is a long-haired Aby.

definitely a silver gray tabby of some kind. Whether she is Persian, I can't tell that - I;d be inclined to say no but who knows? A DNA test would help but she is some long haired tabby mix and definitely a cutie!! Congrats on the new family member!!

Abyssinian mix (note the ears)
Tabby mixed in as well just like mine has.

Although Mines pretty unique...you try finding a cat that has tiger and linx strips

I am willing to guess it is of the feline species.

Silver tabbys are cute too!

Just wanted to point out this thread is over a year old guys.
Britt Desnoyers - beautiful cat. I have probably 5 or 6 that have the markings of tiger and lynx. It's pretty normal with tabbys. The colouring seems to me to be unusual. Almost red. Have you put up lots of posters so his/her owners can possibly find him/her?
