Used to be Crate Trained, now is not

I have a 5 year old male Basset Hound who was successfully crate-trained as a puppy. In the last few weeks, he is starting to wet in his crate overnight. No schedule changes or new additions to the family or anything....He has a blanket in there, and for a week, I folded it over so it only was in half the crate and he stopped urinating for a few days, now he's back at it. Any thoughts?

Take him to the vet asap. He may have a urinary tract infection or kidney problems. If it's not that, then worry about the crate training thing.
