I hope someone can help me

My frenchie seems to have a phlemy cough. What could cause this?

I'm sorry to hear your french bulldog is sick. Has he seen a vet? A wet cough could be a lot of things, some of them serious. So if he hasn't seen a vet, that should be your next step.
