These are from our visit last Saturday.
The first is really blurry, sorry, but just to give you an idea as to how tall Soul is  ....and one of two of BHRR's Golden's (forgive me Gwen, I already forgot his name  ).

For you BMDLuver..........Jenni taking a nap, finally. It's hard to imagine this sleeping beauty being such the friendly, lovable ball of energy that she is
 . Sandman and gentle Dragon. Dragon and I spent much of the afternoon attached at the neck/armpit .

I love it when you go visit Gwen's crew! Those pups are really growing! They must be at least twice as big as they were last time you visited!

Mila,
AWESOME PICS! It was such a pleasure to see you and your son again! He most certainly has a very special touch and bond with animals and my Piranha Puppy Soul Squall just adored him! Here is Soul's journal page if anyone would like to see his face! I believe I did a posting of many pictures of him in my animal thread(I know! I am behind in posting! )http://www.birchhaven.org/soul.htm That is Klondike, one of our Goldens. He will be 11 in October. I have no idea where the time went. He was 6.5 weeks old when we rescued him. We also have a full brother from another litter rescued earlier in 1996 at 7.5 weeks that we also kept. Jasper is now almost 11.5 years old. I seriously just blinked and poof! THEY grew up!  Sean chose the name Mudslide and as much as Jenni adores him; Mudslide adores me; SO I do not feel too left out!  Maggie is a mismarked Mantle Merle and she is now 6.5 years old. In the right light; she looks almost purple. Now that she is older; she is greying so more of a lavender in the right light! HEE! As for Guinness, what can be said! WHAT a loveable goober!  Friends of mine came over with their 16 month old Black Great Dane and 10.5 week old Dane puppies(siblings to my Blue Great Dane pup Bronson) and another Friend came up with her Corgi and Dane, so we had a full house of slobber! Jenni, Abbi and Mudslide were SOOOOO happy to see Mila and her son and we were sad that Nadine could not make it. As for Dragon; he is neutered....NO puppies on my watch! LOL He just turned 6 years old. Mila thanks again for all that you do for the animals and for BHRR. SO, the BIG question is Mila; WHEN are you coming back!

While I'm at it......
.......here's another of Mudslide and Bronson.And Sandman's turn to be taken down. Gia (sp?), friend's 16 mos. old Black Great Dane is as shiny as silk and as soft as velvet, not to mention as big as a pony. I loved the way she gently played with fearless Abbi .
