Kitten with a diagnosis of FIP/lymphangiectasia
Hello forum,
I am looking for information in respect to a possible diagnosis of FIP and or lymphangiectasia. The kitten is 1 year old, and has no appetite for food or water, and has lost a considerable amount of weight. His lymph nodes are swollen, and he has undergone a biopsy, which indicated Inflammatory Bowel Disease. The vet has diagnosed this cat multiple times, but just recently said it could be FIP or lymphangiectasia. If anyone has any information regarding these two conditions I would greatly appreciate any help. I have heard that a raw diet helps, but I am mainly interested in maintaining the cat's overall well being. If anyone knows of a reputable vet that has extensive knowledge with these two conditions again I would be in your debt. Thank you Rose |

I don't know for sure but Dr. Gabrielle Herman in Toronto is a Feline Specialist, maybe she could help.
