help identify new puppy
Just got her a couple of weeks ago, she's now 15 weeks and weighs 25 lbs. I was told that her dad was a papered XXXX and her mom was a papered YYYY. I'll let you know in a few posts, what X and Y stand for. She's an awesome dog, but I question the dads breed.

 in one picture I see Shepherd, and in another I see Great Dane. Do you have any of her standing, from the side?

Believing the lineage is the problem I'm having. I met both parents, mom onsite and dad on a farm 4 mil4s away. Its the dad that I question. Mom is a papered choc. lab, it was quite evident they were mom/puppy.
However, dad, as told by the breeder, is a papered Doberman... Im having a hard time beleiving that she has dobe in her, with absolutely no markings whatsoever. Either way, shes an awesome dog, and we love her!

Believe it or not, I was thinking Dobe when I was scrolling down and voila you mentioned it. Saw it in the build and face, I had couple of Dobes myself. Your gonna have a smart puppy.

The lab was obvious, and I can believe the dobe because she's so slender and has such a thin face. I couldn't see dane, she doesn't look tall enough. But she is gorgeous.

Could be a dobey. Face and body look similar to my parents' dobey when she was a pup. The only thing that throws me off is lack of any marking and the curve at the hips... greyhound like almost...
